Updated webgility to the latest . Reconnected shopify and quickbooks ,Refreshed product list, was able to see the products to transfer .

This works perfectly. Plus their support is really good. Could not run with out this. A must have if you need this feature set.

I use this app to sync orders with QuickBooks desktop. It runs automatically in the background. Customer tech support is top notch and quick to solve issues when they arrive.
