We have used Webgility for several years and have been very satisfied with the app and the support. Mudasir is one of the support team that we talk to often, and he always provides excellent support with whatever we need.

Kanishk helped me integrate my new QB location to Webgility. He quickly walked me through the process and I appreciate his help and his knowledge. I have always had great customer service with all of the Tech Support personnel at Webgility.

Nehal was really helpful we had some issues with some orders stuck in scheduler and also helped me find an order in webgility I could not find and helped me post them to QB.

Shobhit" changed order posting setting, downloaded shopify orders and posted back to QuickBooks with new settings . Also updated products database in Webgility from QuickBooks and shopify. Excellent customer service and experience.
