So happy to finally get this integration working and so far the Webgility team has been wonderful. There is still work to be done but we have had amazing support from their team as they help us transition through this.

Wow! Excellent customer service!

I did not expect to have such a thorough and patient experience with a Shopify App developer, but the team at Webgility did an amazing job with actively reaching out & assisting with connecting my Shopify Advanced store to my Quickbooks Online account.

They walked me through each feature of their platform and ensured that I knew all the ways that I can automate and sync features between the two platforms.

The only small issue I have (unrelated to on-boarding process) is that I use Authorize.net as my payment processor (not Shopify Payments or PayPal because I sell "high-risk" items), so that's the only thing I will need to manually track.

They assured me that they are actively working to implement this feature now, and anyone using Shopify Payments/PayPal should not have an issue with this. Luckily, I'm only selling B2B at the moment & not using Authorize.net much for sales (mostly manual ACH payments with payment link emailed from QB).

Kshitij, Sagar, and Faizan did a lot of customization for our system for a unique scenario where we use Shopify and Stripe. We have a custom configured solution that now allows us to auto reconcile our payouts in QBO.

The team is super smart and capable. Thanks guys.

I've been using Webgility for about 5 years now- first with QB desktop and now with QB online. Customer support has been exceptional each time, during and after setup. The online connection is user friendly and easy to setup and maintain. The on boarding process is very thorough and covers all areas. If anything can't be immediately solved, support is on top of it and sees any issue through to resolution. Using Webgility has and will continue to be a solid time saver for our business.

I've been working with webgility service since 2021 and this app reduce a lot of paper work for me. I had to make QB invoice based on online sales everyday and now Webgility do all those jobs. It works very good. Satisfied with their tech support team as well.

We starting using this app to sync Shopify orders with Quickbooks. The support we have gotten from the Webgility team has been great. Would highly recommend to anyone who might need this for their bookkeeping.

Webgility is amazing and they have superior customer service. The integration between quickbooks desktop and shopify is amazing. Any issues I have, a quick call resolves the issues. If I've ever had an issue that needed more work, they follow through with a resolution.
