Great customer service and software. Highly recommend this to any user who integrates quickbooks with shopify

Webgility is a great tool, but it is frustrating for me that it does not post an exchange rate on Foreign Currency transactions. I have spoken with Webgilities technical support about this issue and their position is that QuickBooks should be posting the exchange rate. The outcome of this is that we have to manually change a couple thousand transactions each year that are sold on Amazon in Canada. Each transaction is posted as having a currency exchange rate of one. Last year, we had to take a $60K write down at the end of the year because of this problem with the Webgility integration. Outside of that (significant) issue, it works very well. I do love the feature that transactions can be unposted, settings revised, and reposted. That feature has been pure gold.

We starting using this app to sync Shopify orders with Quickbooks. The support we have gotten from the Webgility team has been great. Would highly recommend to anyone who might need this for their bookkeeping.

Webgility is amazing and they have superior customer service. The integration between quickbooks desktop and shopify is amazing. Any issues I have, a quick call resolves the issues. If I've ever had an issue that needed more work, they follow through with a resolution.

If a new option could be available, like synchronizing purchase order pages from QB to Shopify, it would allow us to update inventory immediately upon arrival. This way, the person receiving the inventory (without any access to QB) could display this information to accountants and automatically add inventory to both Shopify and QB.
