The customer support is wonderful. They walk you through the set up, process, and help you with every step along the way. Anytime I have a question, they make sure I really understand how to solve the problem. Today, Vinayak, worked with me and stayed on the line to make sure I knew exactly what I was doing when I had to be back on my own. I am very impressed with this company.

Support using the app and the online assistance was prefect! Had dropped connectivity after Webgility update to 8.2. Assisted with resatring all services. Could not be more happy with the results. We currently use Shopify, Webgility and sync all trasnactions with QuickBooks Point of Sale.
