Webgility x QuickBooks Online

I have been using this QB sync for over a year. Once set up it pretty much runs itself and enables me to view and analyze key data in QB effortlessly. The implementation team were really helpful with both the initial set up and any subsequent queries.

Rahul provided excellent support. It took us a minute to understand how the software syncs data between Shopify & Quickbooks. Rahul walked us through what we needed to do to populate our systems with the correct data for each order.

Migrating was easy! Their tech support is easy to work with, so professional and they get it right the first time!

His support was good and he tried his best.
He showed us way to post the sales tax correctly into the Quick Books as a line item but it won't work for us.
We are waiting for Quick Books to fix this issue as this is from them only.

shobhit updated webgility, reconnected amazon and shopify. downloaded orders from amazon and posted to quickbooks.

Webgility helped me with uploading a missing order from one of my seller sources and also assisted in having credit memos created to show refunds on orders in QuickBooks. Vipin, was a great help and helped to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
