I've used Webgility for 6 months, and it's made life much easier. Seamless integration between our Shopify site and our Quickbooks Desktop company file.
Tremendously helpful app, and worth the extra price compared to competitors (I have tried them).
I got a lot of help during their step by step launch process with Jean-Paul.
Later, I had an issue that was resolved very well by Devendra. I was very worried that my store would be shut down and he calmly and patiently worked me through the fix and had my store back up and running within an hour.
My service provided with Webgility is always cohesive, easy to understand and very detailed as I always can count on the talented team to provide excelled customer service any time I run into an issue. I appreciate the availability as each time I have called there was a tech on hand and ready to help. Thank you!!
This app has made it linking my brick and mortar store to a new e-commerce site easy! Our on-boarding has also been smooth and Palash has been extremely helpful. Our Shopify store was perfectly synced with Quickbooks.
Webgility is such a great product for our company and it is definitely a must if you want to get a full picture of your store and want to track your inventory correctly. Also, their support team is amazing, always available and are more than happy to help you. Shout out to Kanishk for helping me with my issue. Great guy and very knowledgeable!
