We have really enjoyed our experience with Webigility. It connects our POS (Quick Books) system with our Shopify store seamlessly. There is never a wait time with customer support and they always help with any issues that may arise.
Nehal Singh was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient! He spent as much time as we needed, Webgility is very to lucky to have him working for them!
Shekhar with Webgility helped us correct sales tax issues on our QBs that we were experiencing......
This app makes it really easy to bring the online orders into QuickBooks. The support team is very professional and easy to work with.
We have used Webgility for almost 3 years now. It is far superior to anything else we have tried. The app is fairly sophisticated and allows for a lot of specification and the customer service is very good. Like anything it has its issues, for example, we are currently dealing with an issue with our paypal payments refusing to post to QB. Nothing is ever perfect, but I always appreciate Webgility's diligence in making sure the problems are corrected.

This application, Webgility, performs much much more than what was originally expected. The scope of the information given to me is just MASSIVE. The training I received was primo top notch. I had several sessions with a very dedicated "techi" who answered all questions very easily. I hope to remain with this product for many years, :}}}
Looking forward to learning the app. Newest version has a simpler layout and Integration was done pretty quickly by staff.
Vipin was very helpful in understanding my problems and quickly was able to resolve the problem and explain to me how it works. Webgility has been a good connection and very user friendly. Most of my issues have been me not understanding how I wanted it to connect but all the support staff has helped me through that.
When it works, its great! They often have updates that if you don't install can cause the scheduler to stop working. But their technicall support (last pers on I spoke to was Shobhit) is really great and they usually help resolve any issues quickly.
