Webgility x QuickBooks Online

This is a great syncing app from your business operations to Shopify and the help from Webgility is awesome.

We called because we could not get payment to upload. Shobhit answered pleasantly and was able to get the issue resolved.

Kanishk was a great help getting this product set up! It has taken several tries and hopefully now it will work how I hoped. Everyone I have talked to has given me different answers for capability of the app and how to set it up. One major flaw for me is the fact it doesn't sync COGS. That is a pretty important part of accounting!

I am fairly new to this program but so far the program has been really good and we are excited about the possibilities it opens up.

Do not Buy Desktop version Always glitches. Program Stops its own and not sync hours and hours ..Engineer team needs to work on it. Technical Support response so late they are in INDIA

Webgility is the only app we have found that will reliably bi-directional sync Shopify & QuickBooks. Most of the support guys are good, including Shekhar. A few of them struggle, but that is probably to be expected in any support organization as new staff is trained. Overall we are disappointed in how often we have to call support because of problems with Webgility, but they always resolve our issue either manually or with an app update, which is frequently required & is a manual process. The app is also expensive compared to other Shopify add-on apps, with ever user requiring a separate license plus one for the dedicated "server" that does the actual sync. We check frequently for an alternative to Webgility that is less expensive, more reliable & does everything it does, but haven't found anything even close yet.

Kanishk has gone up and beyond helping us with the issue. He noticed that we needed to be upgraded. He was very kind and willing to explain thing until we fully understood the process.

Aman has been very helpful, and he is very knowledgeble about the about. He walked me right through the setting up process, which is a bit technical. I definitely recommend this software to others who wish connectivity between QB and other platforms.

a good app, saves an immense amount of time syncing qb premier desktop to shopify. had a couple connection issues with multiuser mode and support spent an hour reconfiguring to make it work. only suggestion is to make sure to install it first on the computer you want it hosted on in the future or, if you have a multiuser, you need to pay them to migrate the webgility dbase to the new computer should you ever want to change it.

Webgility is just the solution we were looking for to sync our Shopify store activity into Quickbooks. It has really helped us streamline our fulfillment and accounting processes. Virendra was extraordinarily helpful and was responsive to all of our inquiries. This company really has it's act together!
