friendly use app for all level of retailers, easy to sync and transfer product from webgility to shopify website and keeping the inventory updated all the time
Migrated from connex, which was a disaster in the end—integrated directly with Shopify and Amazon marketplaces. Intuitive dashboard with every feature needed. P&L for every transaction and automatically post merchant and seller fees. Onboarding was the best I've experienced with any software vendor. Could use some more work with sales tax calculations and breakdown instead of a gross amount by state
Webgility Customer Service is great. They are hands on through screen sharing but also teach me so that I can troubleshoot my own errors in the future. We've been using them with our QBPOS and Shopify for over a year now.

the app works great and support is always ready to help. its always realy quick to find someone on the team to help and they always stay with you as long as you need. can't recommend it enough.
1-16-24 Update.
We have been using Webgility since 2015. We still love it! The tech staff are amazing to work with and ALWAYS get a resolution. Faizan S from onboarding helped set up a whole new work flow for Amazon which will work better for international markets.
This app saves us an incredible amount of time. If you have a lot of transactions, it will save you money in the long run. When there is an issue, tech support is always great. Faizan went above and beyond today.
