Been using Quickbooks POS with webgility for almost 1 year now. We have had excellent customers service and help any time we have questions! Thank you!

From day one, the support we received has been outstanding. Every support person we've worked with has been patient, extremely calm, friendly, and has come up with solutions to our requests and support needs. The Unify program works well for us...the support behind Unify is excellent.

Webgility Customer Service is great. They are hands on through screen sharing but also teach me so that I can troubleshoot my own errors in the future. We've been using them with our QBPOS and Shopify for over a year now.
