So Far, so good! We are currently working on a rather complicated integration and Palash and the crew over at Webgility have been great. Looking forward to completing the implementation and getting everything running. The Amazon, Shopify, and 3dCart integration have been easy and seemless. Everything has been sync'ing up and passing data very well.
Nehal Singh in customer support is extremely helpful and patiently took the time to fully explain everything I needed to do. As a brand new user, I needed my handheld through the process and that's exactly what Nehal did.
Arun has been a tremendous help in getting our website back in sync. Very kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful
The Webgility tech support is always very helpful, and the service is fantastic for transferring all of our Shopify data into Quickbooks!

Webgility has awesome installation and training. Their customer support is extremely helpful. I had a Saturday morning onboarding session that was very helpful. So far I'm very pleased with webgility.

As an update I had to have some fine tuning done on how Webgility pulled our orders in and I had a gotomeeting with Namit, he is extremely helpful and always meets or exceeds my expectations.
We are using Webgility to sync our Shopify orders to quickbooks and it has been so helpful. We highly recommend using this app as it will save you a lot of time...

Vipin assisted me in resolving an issue with items that were either archived or made inactive in both Shopify and Quickbooks as they kept showing up in syncing.
It makes getting the orders into QB definitely much easier. The only annoying thing is it doesn't sync the order numbers. We would prefer our Shopify order # creates a web receipt of the same number.
This app has been very helpful to our company for data entry. We ran through several scenarios and found some limitations, but worked through to find how the app could work best for our system. One thing that has always been consistent is the customer service. They answer the phone, they work through your issue, they understand what needs to happen. It has been well worth the money for our multiple online stores.
