Webgility ‑ QuickBooks Online

Webgility makes your life easier. Once you get through the onboarding and decide on all of your settings, it gets easier and easier from there. We have been using it for many years and will be using it for many more. We just made a switch from QB Desktop to QB Online and had to do the onboarding for QB Online and both Muskaan and Kriti were very helpful along the way. Very knowledgeable.

I have been working with Webgility, and more specifically with Prerit, to determine whether this app meets the needs of my business. The integration with QuickBooks went very smoothly. The team was easy to work with and helped us configure based upon our needs. They are also available to help us if we find that we didn't configure something correctly.

The process of syncing Quickbooks with Shopify as been a smooth transition. The support from Webgility has been very reliable providing lots of knowledge along the way and they never hesitate to answer all questions to ensure we understood the whole process. We now feel confident that our customer and sales information will be complete in Quickbooks.

I have definitely had a great experience regarding personalized support and the connection between Shopify and QuickBooks. Prerit has been very patient and always available to answer questions, even if I had more. excellent customer support. responsive and educational, went out of their way to get us setup. we had a mishap trying to use multiple accounts and the webgility team helped to resolve our mistake and ensure the billing didn't get messed up. very grateful to them
