Himanshu helped me get my orders transferred from my shopify store and to Quick Books. Our antivirus software was blocking the scheduler. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I can't imagine how we would be able to process this many orders without this app! It would really take us 10X longer to enter our orders into Quickbooks or even to sync the quantities between our Quickbooks inventory and Shopify! And Mudasir has always been SO helpful when I have had up to update, make changes, or even learn how to do something!

HImanshu, helped us with a syncing error quickly and efficiently. We've used Webgility for many years now and have been very happy with the quick support and functionality of the product.

This app helps to syn orders from shopify and we can easily chose to either bulk post or post individually into quickbook enterprise. Whenever we need help, webgility team is always there to assist. Recently we needed some customization work done, in order to match order total without having to manually make adjustment. The customization work was done and implemented in just a few days. Sabbu was the lead person who took care of us and he was great. You can count on webgility and the support team. One last word, unlike some apps, you can always reach one of the support team member to get help and to resolve whatever issue you have.

We've been using this application for about a year now. It has greatly simplified the data entry process. The onboarding session will take a bit of time but it will be worth it in the end. Their customer service is very helpful and I would definitely recommend this app for anyone using Shopify or Amazon.

We've been using Webgility for around 10 years. We currently have a Shopify store and two Etsy stores and we are able to successfully sync the stores' inventories with our Quickbooks master inventory. Webgility integrates well with Quickbooks. We download our orders from our stores into Webgility, print packing slips, process shiping, print labels and post to store and to Quickbooks. We've been very satisfied with Webgility. We run the system with an admin computer and two add-on computers with no issues.
The customer service is great. There is almost no wait time for technical support and the technical support team members are very knowledgable.

This is going to help me a ton with Bookkeeping. They were great with the Onboarding and walked me through, step-by-step. I am very happy so far. Palash helped with making sure my QuickBooks was mapped correctly. Thanks,
