Webgility x QuickBooks Online

I spent a few hours with Aniket today to reconnect my Webgility app after some years away from using it. He was very patient with me and I appreciate his professionalism.

We've been using Webgility for years and can't say enough about how much their software has helped us speed up processing of orders, shipping, and posting back to our multiple store channels. Their tech support is outstanding as well. Any time I've had any problems, I've gotten a quick response and fast solution.

Shekhar has been super helpful multiple times when I called this week. He made sure I would understand the steps he was going through when fixing my issues. I hope to talk to him again next time I call. Thanks! Emilie

We use ECC for several different ecommerce platforms and the ability to use it for shopify, bigcommerce, amazon, and older platforms we used to use has been fantastic. With a bit of doctoring we're able to use it to separate items and feeds quite easily, while maintaining a central point of download. Managing several different companies and only needing to use one program is wonderful. Setup is easy and as technical as you want to make it. I do find that bigcommerce's API is sometimes very slow while interacting with it, but shopify is twice as fast so its clearly not ECC's problem.

Great customer service. I have a custom store configured for retail and wholesale which required a bit of work to get ECC properly connected. Suyash from ECC's support was great at walking me through the process to do so. Everything is posting nicely to Quickbooks and saving a heap of time.

Vipin was extremely helpful today and resolved the issues at hand. I would recommend this application.

The best accounting app to connect with Quickbooks. They have the best customer service ever and are always prompt on solving any issues. It has saved a great deal of time on entry for our company! We highly recommend. Shoeb Khan is very helpful!
