had issues with payment but they fixed it after a week of arguing with them but they did fix it and refund the charge.

Implementation and on-boarding is so valuable, working one-on-one with a specialist who understands our business. Every time we have called tech support we get someone right away who is helpful, friendly, and helps resolve any issue we may have - which are few!

This application is not ready for Shopify POS. It cannot properly report to Quickbooks when an order has been refunded, nor can it handle transactions with split payments. It also cannot use Sales Tax Groups. These issues have created a mess of my Quickbooks file. Their tech support is friendly but can't overcome the weaknesses in the application.

This is an awesome program to sync your POS with Shopify! The instruction was "hands on" and easy to follow! I am excited to really dive into this program!

We are using Webgility with Quick Books desktop.

Giving it 4-stars right now based on limited experience. I just completed the integration portion, it was good with a few hiccups around scheduling calls and getting the taxation portion to flow properly from Shopify through Webgility to QB Desktop POS. My contact Palash was very helpful in getting everything integrated and now we have to do training on the software. I will provide another review after running the software for a bit and hope to give it 5 stars once I see it fully operational.

I have tried many apps that promise an easy Quickbooks integration, Webgility is the only one that really works. Faizan and his team walked me through the setup and followed up with me until all was set up right. I can definitely recommend this app.

We are using Webgility to sync our Shopify store with Quickbooks Enterprise. So far so good. Webgility appears to be well thought out and easy to use. Though complicated. We had a good implementation person, Sajan, that was a pleasure to work with.

We have had numerous issues with this program. That said, we are always able to get phone help very quickly and so far they have been able to efficiently fix the problem. K Sahu was very helpful today.
