I love the syncing - both ways of products and customers. I feel confident that Inventory Quantities are being updated as well. The only issue I have is that we cannot exclude Service items- all become Inventory without a choice there

We have been running 5 stores linking to one QBE file for 2 years. Webgility has allowed us to scale our business without adding more clerical staff to do the mundane work of keeping orders, inventory and pricing properly synchronized. The best part of the software is their customer service team. Always willing to help, having them on hand to help us fix any issues which come up is priceless.

Shoeb Khan has been a very big help today with our company. It is obvious that Webgility is committed to helping it's customers and trying to make them as successful as possible. I have been using this QB sync for over a year. Once set up it pretty much runs itself and enables me to view and analyze key data in QB effortlessly. The implementation team were really helpful with both the initial set up and any subsequent queries.

I used the app and it has been amazing. Customer service has been great as well NEHAL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WAS ABLE TO FIX MY ISSUES. I highly recommend WEBGILITY to integrate our orders to QB.

Hands down the best app to connect Shopify to Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise. Webgility support is very responsive and can usually handle any issue within a matter of minutes. A great company and a great app overall.
