Webgility is very helpful app to sync inventory Quickboods and shopify and other sales channel like Amazon Ebay. Also customer support is extremly kind and helpful.

Let me be blunt, this software is very detailed, if they printed a manual, you could use it to beat goats to death. But it is that way because you can use it to handle ALL the little details, and handle them the right way.

If you try setting it up without help its like running face first into a brick wall.

That said!

They help you along the way. Support is very understanding patient, and knows this stuff backwards, forwards, and loop-d-loop. Could not recommend more. It can be a bit of a pain to get started, but once you are setup, life is beautiful, and simple.

Trust me, get this, it just works, and works well. The setup only hurts you because it loves you.

P.S. We got a little customization done and it was only about $200 for them to customize the code in our version. Seriously heck of a deal.

I love this app! It has an interface that is very easy to use and understand. I used this program to connect our on-line cheesecake shop to our in-store Quickbooks POS system. It creates a sales order in POS and then we can prepare the cakes, create labels and ship. We then can post all this info back to the web store so the inventory matches.

I would highly recommend this to anyone using Quickbooks!

Great app. Helps save so much time from having to manually enter transactions. A lot of options to choose from to customize transactions.

Only wish there was a way to import transaction fees.

Webgility is working great with quickbooks. Vipin did a great job helping us tonight migrate our database from one server to another. He was very knowledgable and helpful and made quick work of what we thought would be a long task. PERFECT!

We just started using this but I can already tell ECC is going to make our lives much easier!

Vinayak was very helpful in getting my Shopify and Webgility issues corrected. Many items had to be manually adjusted and he fixed all issues. Shopify needs to communicate to resolve these issues in the future.
