We have had an inventory issue between Shopify/Webgility/and Quickbooks for several months i.e. inventory not posting in Quickbooks properly. Mudasir Zahoor in the Webgility Tech Department spent over an hour on the phone with us, meticulously worked through our issue, and uncovered the problem. I have nothing but good things to say about Mudasir and how he handled our issue. I wish there were more like him out there in other App companies we deal with. Thank you Madasir and thank you Webgility for solving our issue.

The customer service team has always been fantastic. They are truly knowledgeable in their product, as well as quickbooks, Shopify and Amazon (at least that's what I'm using Webgility for). In particular Nikhlesh was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great company.

I had an issue with setting up customer accounts. Support was helpful & easy to work with. The issue was quickly resolved.

I needed help with setting a payment method. Himanshu was very helpful with following up and getting the issue resolved.

Webgility helped me streamline my order entry process with QuickBooks Desktop. Virendra was THE BEST! he is SO, SO patient and very helpful! he answered all of my questions (even when i asked them a few times).

Webgility Desktop Sync is an AWESOME app, we cannot imagine running our Shopify store without it. The support has been incredible, with teams being available whenever we need to help us troubleshoot and fix any issues we have. Nikhlesh Verma worked with us outside of normal support hours to resolve a problem, and was amazing to work with. We highly recommend Webgility for anyone who uses Quickbooks!
