As a small business owner, I’ve been using the Webgility app to seamlessly connect my ecommerce channels with QuickBooks. Here’s my experience:

Onboarding Process: Excellent
The onboarding process was exceptional. Webgility’s team guided me through the setup step-by-step, ensuring that I understood how to integrate my sales channels, sync inventory, and manage orders efficiently. Their clear instructions made the transition smooth.

Superior Customer Support
Webgility’s customer support deserves a special mention. Whenever I had questions or encountered any issues, their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. They promptly addressed my concerns, whether it was related to syncing data or troubleshooting.

Multichannel Selling Made Easy
Webgility’s integration with both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop allowed me to manage multiple sales channels effortlessly. Great integration app for QB!

Very attentive to the customer!

We've been using Webgility for around 10 years. We currently have a Shopify store and two Etsy stores and we are able to successfully sync the stores' inventories with our Quickbooks master inventory. Webgility integrates well with Quickbooks. We download our orders from our stores into Webgility, print packing slips, process shiping, print labels and post to store and to Quickbooks. We've been very satisfied with Webgility. We run the system with an admin computer and two add-on computers with no issues.
The customer service is great. There is almost no wait time for technical support and the technical support team members are very knowledgable.

Onboarding process is very very quick - I installed the app myself and went through the initial setup, but I went ahead and scheduled an onboarding meeting just in case. The team was thorough and caught several details that I had missed. They ask plenty of questions to make sure they understand your specific needs and they're able to follow up at lightning speed. While other tech companies may take days or weeks to respond, Webgility provides immediate responses within minutes or hours. Very pleased with the experience we have had so far.

I have used Webgility for several year but now with Quickbook Pos Sunset I reached out to Webgility to assist in integration with QuickBooks financial interrogation. I had an excellent experience, love the automation and accuracy. Easy mapping and support. Love this company and their support and implantation staff.

We have been using Webgility for 5+ years and it has saved us countless hours of manual data entry. It has been an essential part of our daily operation and will continue to be so for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend it!

The onboarding training with Faizan was soooo valuble!! His answers are very specific to all my questions and concerns. As a bonus he is very positive and encouraging in navigating nd learning this app. Webgility when working properly and when i know more about the different aspects and settings works like a dream! I have been a customer for more than 3 years and am still learning and webgility is still improving and training me!

Amazing Customer Service, and when we did the Demo call Prerit our Implementation Specialist was AMAZING! His tone of voice, and patience to answer my questions and explain the features and capabilities of Webgility was great. Extremely thankful for him and for what Webgility is helping us do to manage our multiple stores, and keep accounting tidy and clean.
