We are just starting our journey with Webgility but the process has been easy and our tech was very helpful.
Support is great!
That is where the good stuff seems to end. Online version is so lacking that it has caused me hours and hours of headache in trying to keep my books and inventory straight. I was forced into upgrading to desktop just to diagnose issues I was having. Now I found that I invested money into an annual subscription for an inferior product and then was forced into an upgrade situation about halfway through what I paid for just to get logging capabilities so that we could figure out what was going wrong. Now I'm being denied any refund or credit for the unused months I paid for on an unusable product. Desktop version seems powerful, a lot of options, but there are so many menus and sub-menus with unintuitive arrangement and titles that it is nearly impossible to use without tech support. The online support pages seem out of date or perhaps just poorly written. This is not a program for those who don't have quite a bit of time to invest on the phone or chat with support.
