I love the syncing - both ways of products and customers. I feel confident that Inventory Quantities are being updated as well. The only issue I have is that we cannot exclude Service items- all become Inventory without a choice there

Webgility has allowed us to scale our business without adding more clerical staff to do the mundane work of keeping orders, inventory and pricing properly synchronized. The best part of the software is their customer service team. Always willing to help, having them on hand to help us fix any issues which come up is priceless.
