This app is great for a multitude of reasons. Integration was easy; although I had a double-cart issue, it was quickly resolved with no unnecessary fuss at all. Customer service support, especially from Austin, was prompt and helpful. The company recognizes customer feedback and works on viable recommendations to make the app better and more beneficial. Most important of all, it allows stores like mine to offer the products and services that our customers need and love while still benefitting our planet and future generations too.
Our customers seem to love it, uptake has been amazing since we began. Great initiative. Saving the planet click by click! Although submitting this review seems to be a bit trickier than expected.

You can also leave the choice to the customer to make their order carbon neutral at checkout making the whole process free on your end. Easy to install with excellent customer service.
