I couldn't figure out how to install and get the app to run seamlessly when I first installed it. However the team was super helpful and quick in assisting me with the setup and getting the app to run perfectly. My customers love it and so do we! Thanks & keep up the good work.
EcoCart has been a great addition to our site. They were super responsive in setting up on our cart and checkout page. Our customers love having the option to make their order carbon neutral.
App works seamlessly and you can customize basically anything you want! Support is great as well - they will try to help you even if you don't need it at all ;)

Great app! Customer service was great and helped us try the add to cart option off vs on. Toggling it on had a much better participation rate with zero customer complaints. So we're happy to keep it there so our customers can offset the emissions from their orders.

This app aligns perfectly with our business model. The ease of use, customization, overall transparency, and of course, the customer service, can not be beat. This was one of the few options on the Shopify App Store that provided true customer-facing customization, along with a great back-end dashboard with statistics and analytics. Also, the EcoCart team responded quickly to all support emails and fully customized our shop experience within 48 hours. Can't ask for better customer support than that! We compared three or four of the competitor apps, but EcoCart regined supreme. Highly recommend!
