First of all, I am deeply sorry for your current experience with EComposer.
I've investigated your case and found that you are having a bit of trouble with the editor as a new user. Besides, miscommunication between you and our CS agent may result in back-and-forth support. Actually, Page Builder is a big app since it allows you to build the whole website, so there are tons of options in the editor. And there is definitely a bit of a learning curve if you're just starting out.

I switched back to Shopify from WordPress because the customer service on WordPress just wasn't cutting it for me. I needed Shopify to match up with features like landing pages, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that their apps have improved a lot since I last used them. EComposer has been the standout for me. It's like having a helpful teammate who knows exactly what I need and how to get it done. Without their quick and efficient responses, I'd probably still be figuring things out on my own. Definitely recommend giving it a try!
As a UX Designer with limited coding experience, EComposer gives me the flexibility I need to create Designs exactly the way I want!
Also great Customer support: I had 2-3 small issues but Jade was quick to help me out and keep things running smoothly :)

Easy to use, customer service has a quick response, if you help they will make a video quick and fast to help with an issue. Love the plug and play, not complicated for the most part easy for beginners
The support team was super helpful with learning the tools. Andy in particular made my life so much easier, and my site fresh and clean. I can't wait to show this off.

Objectively speaking, it is almost on par with pagefly, and even has some functions better than pagefly. I have to say that customer support Anna is very professional. I asked him a question and he made a video tutorial. Very intuitive and easy to understand
