Nice app and Anna from support team was great. :) highly recommend this app if you need an easy way to build your pages
At first the support was Fantastic, quick and verry competent.
I recommend these guys, but the quality in the support is up and down, make sure you get one of the good ones. The app has a nice price tag.
After a day or two, the support was slower and slower. A few times the support person just stopped communicating with me. They just left.
One time the support helped me with a thing and deleted everything that i had worked on for 4 days!! The comment was something like, "Next time, make sure you save before asking us to help you". This was scary, lucky you can go back in time to reload old versions.
The without a doubt best consultant is Jennie, super competent and friendly.
There wear several things that the app doesn't do, for example, you can't add a top menu. I needed a 3 step function to chose product that they could not get to work.
Make sure you check the mobile version of your page. Mine was really ugly with formats that was really bad. They told me that they need to escalate it to the developers. Strange, since I only use their on built in functions.

I have recently installed the app and i works very well, easy to work with and the customer support works even on weekend which is very cool, hardworking people.
A bit limited template wise, not many choose from, but you can work your way around what you have. There is no app that has every single detail that we need to build a perfect product page so we gotta be creative.

Fantastic app! I have tried LOTS of apps including Page Fly and this is much easier to use with brilliant customer service. I've had a lot of questions today as it's the first time I've used it and everything has been sorted for me, or I've been sent helpful videos showing me how to do it step-by-step. Thank you!
This is a great app. Their customer service has been very helpful. I have not had any issues so far.
In theory it should be a great app, because it lets you customise your store completely and has lots of great templates BUT it is so fiddly and time consuming not to mention the amount of times I have had to completely restart because it started doing its own thing. Also the scroll down bars are tiny and annoying. Yeh not for me if they fixed those things so it was easier then I'd go back to it but for right now it's a no

1. Because the app is very flexible so it contains a lot of options to be responsive in all circumstances. I would love to hear more about which step you stuck in. Our support agent is available 24/7 for help.
2. Also "the scroll-down bars are tiny and annoying" => I am not sure what device you used while opening the editor but an important note is the editor
works best on laptop/desktop. It's not possible to drag/drop elements using ipad/phone.

Just loaded this app today. Had some minor issues with previewing content, but Anna stepped in quickly and helped us out. We're ditching PageFly for this App...it's so much easier to use with lots of great landing page options! Can't wait to finish up the work on our site...
