I'm very happy with the customer service. When I started to use the App, Avast kept popping up the virus warning. It was proved as a False warning, because the EComposer team reacted very quickly to contact Avast team. They confirmed NO virus was detected. The issue was solved in two days and Avast removed the false warning window. Now I can feel comfortable using this amazing APP！ I'm very happy with the customer service because they are very responsible and solve the issue speedily!

This is Anna from EComposer. We're sorry to hear your case, we've never heard it before, though. Our developer checked it immediately and found there is nothing infected by virus on our app link. Detail reports are sent to your email, kindly help me check it.
Rest assured that there certainly cannot be any security or virus issues here as the data is strictly controlled by Shopify. I think in the source code there are keywords that are misinterpreted as a threat from anti-virus software.
We're working with Avast to ask them check & clear the wrong warning. I will let you know the update soon!

I used eComposer to create my blog section. At the beginning, I was a bit confused on how the templates worked, but their chat customer service is very responsive. Andy from the support team really took time to patiently explain things to me step by step. I am now very excited for the design possibilities that this app brings.

This app is wonderful and the support team is excellent!!! I love the app! I asked questions, they answer immediately.
This app is amazing, paired with the Gecko template it works so well. The support is above and beyond, no waiting 24 to 48 hours they have live chat. All the functions worked out of the box. any questions/issues were answered within mintues. I have used some other more expensive page builders and this one by far has most of if not all the options and customizations you will need.
Very nice plugin, helps me to design various pages, I hope to have more page combinations and styles pre-installed for use.
EComposer is a mature feature rich product for quickly customizing your webstore without having to code it manually. It allows you to focus on design and UX rather than hammering out code! Even better, it is one of those apps that just keeps getting better as you find more features that really allow you to create an awesome buying experience for your customer. And even better, the support I am getting is top notch!! With fast response and a deep knowledge of his product, what more can you ask for!! I would give him 6 stars if I could!!
