I haven't been using this feature for too long yet, but so far it's very easy to use with still a lot of customizable options. I wanted to add a feature, and when I contacted support Olivia responded within minutes with a helpful correct answer. I also messed up part of the design and couldn't figure out what I did, so I messaged again and within a minute it was fixed. As someone that works with a lot of different systems, I can honestly say I haven't had someone that fast in a long time!

The product app is AMAZING! I love all the integrations that help my store look professional and personal. Jade and Olivia have helped me many times when I got stuck with technical issues. They are so smart, fast and kind. I am older and they are very patient with me as well. I LOVE ECOMPOSER!

Was looking for something that would help me add hotspots to my images in my homepage, so far, this seems great! In the beginning, I was lost and confused but Lily was great at helping me out. She made videos for me to follow and was always there to answer questions and assist. Turns out, its not that hard after all, just drag and drop then edit! Really happy with that type of support!

Great features that allows for vast customization. Interface is technical but intuitive nonetheless, you'll get used to it eventually. The customer support team was excellent in helping me with an app integration issue.
