I love that I can customize my site in so many ways because of this app. Support is also great when I need it- Jennie was a big help when I needed to fix one of my sections.
While the App was easy to implement and customer support is very friendly, we've encountered some weaknesses after a year of use:
Slow response from the development team regarding raised issues.
Occasional difficulty for the customer support team in grasping requirements.
Instances where the team faced challenges in resolving certain issues, leading to dead ends.

The perfect app for any beginner who wants to build their own website. Lots of templates, gadgets and options. Thanks David for helping us get started!
Despite using the free version of EComposer, I required assistance in configuring my blog templates. However, the support team promptly provided me with excellent quality service, enabling me to set up my templates quickly. I am delighted with the level of assistance I received and strongly endorse EComposer as an effective website design tool for shopify. Thanks David.

EComposer is a very flexible, easy-to-use, and easy-to-understand application. This is the new revolution of Shopify. Also, they have an awesome support team that provides me with almost 24 hours of support. Especially David and Susan from the support team is a very kind and helpful people. Their UI is clean and clear. I am happy with this app so far, and Henry response to your request so quickly. Let me dig into it deeper and might come back with more comments.
