The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the video uploading, and their support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Jade was outstanding.

The app can be a little tricky to use, but the support is always on hand to help you and get things fixed quickly. Works well with the Geko theme too, we have this on multiple stores.

Great app. Works exacly how described. The best part is the customer service. You get answer within 5 minutes and they go the length to make sure you get your questions answered.
