I have had a wonderful experience using EComposer. When I first started it was very challenging as I was new to shopify in general but the chat support assistants were very active and vocal with solutions and advice which I appreciate a lot. I was forced to take a break from shopify and building my store website with EComposer due to my personal life but having come back, I have a clearer mind and have made substantial amount of progress with building my store website with EComposer. They simply have everything and more than you need to design a page similar to the industry giants of whatever industry your business is focused on.

I would like to say a very big thank you to Jade who was assisting me today through chat support. She's such a kind and patient person who really helped me to design my home page exactly how I wanted and envisioned in my head. I was so happy with the progress I made today with my website and there were countless times when I bombarded her with questions as I was not sure of something, but she was really patient and helped me in every aspect e.g. sending me screenshots of what to do, accessing my homepage to make the edits, editing the store code and more. My homepage is the way it is today because of Jade and I couldn't be happier with her support and assistance!

Andy was super helpful and patient while I was experiencing trouble with creating a new template for our products. I spent a lot of time trying to fix the issue on my own before i finally reached out to support because I thought it would be a headache trying to get them to help but I was wrong! I was so happy to be able to resolve my issue with ease and fast using the live chat function. This was the best customer service experience I could have asked for. Good job, Andy!

I have tested out every different method for creating high converting custom pages, but nothing compares to what you can do here, full control as if coding it from scratch, except super quick and easy, plus, anything you need their team will take you by the hand and walk you through how to achieve anything you want.

A great template builder to help navigate through some of Shopify's more complex design constraints. It enables you to easily construct elements and sections that would be a massive headache if using vanilla Shopify. The support team is excellent to, very responsive and helpful.

I've only just started using it and for one type of page but customer service is incredible. Mia's been super helpful and so far has great features and functionality.

If product and other page building is as seamless, will be very happy and back to add comments if i can.

I recently took this new job and had not used shopify and ecomposer for that matter and I was having some issues with some of the website layout done by a former employee. I reached out to Olivia and I got amazing help. I explained my problem and shared screenshots to help spotlight the issues and she was able to not only fix the problem but also show me how to fix the issue. I am so thankful for the help and learning opportunity.

EComposer is a rich library of elements and templates. It is incredibly valuable for optimizing my store's customer experience and increasing sales. By adding extra features to my store, like color swatches, sticky add-to-carts, cross-selling, and various other options, with the help of EComposer I can convert more visitors into paying customers.
I have just started, and I am looking forward to a good adventure with EComposer.

BY FAR THE BEST SHOPIFY APP I've ever used, the communication is even better. I'm asking the live chat questions while editing a new page. When I first downloaded the app, I didn't immediately use it because it seemed technical and daunting. Now that I have inspiration for what I want to make, they have basically every feature I would need. And still some I don't know how to use yet. Whatever else they come out with I'm checking it out - signed someone who doesn't even leave reviews

Beautiful templates and easy editing, and the customer service is what really makes a difference. Being able to chat with someone when you run into issues makes building sites even easier. Strongly recommend this!
