Olivia was a huge help whenever I ran into an issue. She was quick to respond and provided either instant results or a step-by-step guide on how I could fix my problem. Can't ask for anything better! Pretty good tool to save some time to build pages of any kind. Way faster than coding yourself and also much better design wise.

Love the flexibility and aesthetic improvement we get from this app. There's a bit of a learning curve around how the stuff made in ecomposer works together with our Shopify theme, especially with theme updates. But once we figured out some of the quirks we've found the app to be reliable. The customer service team has been responsive and knowledgeable.

EComposer has been a great tool for building our pages. While there were a few functionalities we were hoping for that aren’t available, the support team more than made up for it. Andy, Lily, and Susan and others were incredibly helpful in providing solutions and alternatives. We’re still in the development phase but getting close to launching our website.
