Very good builder for beginners and the support team is excellent!

I had some issues with integrating an app, and after a lot of back-and-forths with multiple support teams, I thought the only way left was to start again from scratch.

But after getting back to Susan and explaining things more thoroughly, a solution was made and saved me a lot of time. It turns out I don't need to start from scratch, just a few simple steps given by Susan and problem solved!

I hope more businesses, especially for products and services that can be potentially very technical, should invest in a supportive team like this who are willing to go above and beyond to help their end users.

Excellent app with great templates and affordable subscription plans. However, these features are available in many other apps. One of the most important aspects for me is customer support. Here, you find customer support that feels like they are waiting for you to breathe so they can offer their assistance. I'm not just talking about support while using the app, but also when canceling my subscription. I want to thank Anna in particular for her meticulous follow-up and exceptional care that makes you feel like you are their most important customer. She communicated with me through every channel to provide updates on my requests. They provide customer service that I believe is rarely found.

This app is super, easy to install. Support service is perfect, Olivia help me to navigate and fix issues I came across. I am so excited.

Much more customization options than with the standard shopify builder. Very easy to work with. The customer support is outstanding. Unbelievable fast and 24/7. Actually, it's not fast, but instant. Had a few times contact with the customer support. Last time with Mia. Just astonishing!
