First day using the app. Has been super easy to set up. Jade assisted with a hiccup regarding a review extension. Despite it being a weekend, she resolved the issue for me within an hour.

So far so good, I'm only starting out and I'm using the free plan.

The customer service rep ANNA was very helpful, patient, and nice!

I was very confused on how the app worked and what the difference was between a Blog post" and a "Blog post template" - she sent me instructions on how to create a blog post and a video showing each step, it was very helpful!

As soon as I'm experienced with the app I will add another review.
