I've gotten tired of trying to make themes work for me. This has been a great tool to get all the things I need in one place and without trying to recreate the wheels. Quick responses on helping me figure out all the tricks it has. Such a great tool.

They do not deserve even one star, there are highly unproffesional, one mistake of their worker and I lost 1000$ in ads becuase they were not able to do their job, avoid them

I’ve had a really great experience with EComposer so far. The app itself is very powerful and makes it easy to build beautiful pages without needing a lot of technical knowledge. Everything is intuitive and flexible, which saves a lot of time when designing pages.
What really stands out though is the customer support. They are available 24/7 and respond incredibly fast. Every time I had a question or needed help with something, their team replied almost immediately and solved the issue right away. It honestly feels like they truly care about helping their users.
Overall a fantastic app with excellent support. Definitely one of the best Shopify apps I’ve used. Highly recommended!

Mit EComposer habe ich bisher durchweg positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Die App ist übersichtlich aufgebaut und man findet sich schnell zurecht. Besonders hilfreich sind die vielen Sektionen und Templates, mit denen man zügig ansprechende Seiten erstellen kann.
Auch in Sachen Performance macht die App einen guten Job – die Seiten laden schnell und laufen stabil. Den Support habe ich ebenfalls schon kontaktiert und durchweg gute Erfahrungen gemacht: sehr schnell erreichbar, freundlich und wirklich lösungsorientiert.

I love this app, still a lot to learn but I can do most of what I need by myself The support is A++, Anna resolved my issue within a matter on minutes. I'd highly recommend to anyone even with the basic skills to use this in their shopify store to customise their themes.

Ik ben net begonnen met het gebruik van EComposer en gisteravond had ik even hulp nodig. Ik heb het EComposer-team een bericht gestuurd en binnen no-time nam Hanna contact met me op. I had a really great experience with the support team. My website was completely broken at one point, and I honestly didn’t know where to start. He stepped in, quickly identified the issues, and worked through them patiently until everything was fixed and running smoothly again.
What stood out most was not just the technical fix, but the willingness to go beyond that. He also helped me improve and design a few sections of my site, making them look much cleaner and more professional. He paid attention to details, suggested better layouts, and made sure everything worked properly across the site.

Easy to use app with many options. Just what I needed to build my site.
The customer service was also friendly and helpful. I was having problems translating my store, because I hadn't updated my Ecom pages since turning on translation. I almost gave up, but customer service followed up with my after I closed the chat to make sure they had solved my problem!
