After installing the app, I had questions so I contacted support fully expecting to get a reply later today which would have been fine. But I was surprised that Charlotte responded quickly. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. I am really happy with the service I received. I look forward to exploring the builder more.

I love this app! I deliberately refrained from leaving a review for several months until I had a chance to test everything properly and was convinced the app would do what I needed it to do. I also tried out most if not all other similar apps. If you're trying to work out which one to go with just take my advice that ecomposer is the easiest to use, performs well and has the best support. It took a little patience in the beginning to work out its peculiarities but once you know its easy. And the support is available 24/7 if you get stuck. They know the app thoroughly and reply almost instantly. I highly recommend ecomposer!

So far good experience, very intuitive to use. Has issues at first but used live chat and the problem was solved very quickly.
