5 HUGE STARS for ecomposers chat feature. I received assistance from Luna today and she was above and beyond. I had quite a few very specific edits I wanted to make to my landing page that I could not figure out on my own. Luna helped me with clear visual step by step direction and made my edits a breeze. The app itself can be a bit glitchy/clunky. For the app I would give 4 stars. But the chat overcomes that for us.
I really enjoyed using this app! I was able to create a beautiful homepage in less than a day, and it’s very easy to use.
I did run into a few issues, so I contacted support via chat. Andy helped me within seconds, providing screenshots and even a very clear video explaining how to solve the problem. It was incredibly helpful.

Mit EComposer habe ich bisher durchweg positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Die App ist übersichtlich aufgebaut und man findet sich schnell zurecht. Besonders hilfreich sind die vielen Sektionen und Templates, mit denen man zügig ansprechende Seiten erstellen kann.
Auch in Sachen Performance macht die App einen guten Job – die Seiten laden schnell und laufen stabil. Den Support habe ich ebenfalls schon kontaktiert und durchweg gute Erfahrungen gemacht: sehr schnell erreichbar, freundlich und wirklich lösungsorientiert.
Insgesamt eine zuverlässige Lösung, um den Shopify-Store optisch und funktional zu verbessern.
