Ecomposer has been really great to work with. The vast options it gives you to be able translate the look and feel of the website you want to build make it so much more intuitive than working in a shopify theme alone.

And when you do get stuck, the customer support is 5 Star. I spent a long time trying to figure out one very nuanced design element, and got on the chat with Luna, and she was able to make it happen for me right away.

I had an issue with my template looking great on desktop but not displaying well on mobile. Eric from the EComposer team fixed it within minutes! Super fast support, very helpful, and the result looks perfect on both desktop and phone now. Highly recommend the app and their excellent customer service!

This app's editing screen is a little slow, but you can easily create beautiful pages.
It has chat support and is very responsive.

I love the options it gives me to customize every single detail of the page I'm building. Also if something is not working the Ecomposer team is always available to help and they did several times already. Today I was struggling with a little issue and Anna was very quick to fix it so I can continue working on my webiste. Thank you again :)

It can be overwhelming at first, however once you understand how the app works , the functions and limitations it is an essential app to have.

SUPPORT IS GREAT! The help pages are also extremely useful and full of how to get things done.

This app makes the work a lot easier, It still has space to upgrade but It is one of the most useful apps of the shopify, especially when someone does not feel comfortable with coding (although it also provide custom code and you can add the features you want using code).
