Sadly, I cannnot say I've had a great expereicne with the Ecomposer support. They tend to struggle with English. If they get frustrated or stuck, they will simply ignore you. One support agent told me they didn't care because they have so many 5 stars. The app also advertises a "Dedicated Account Rep" for the 99.00 plan. This is a total lie. It's been a month, We've asked at least a dozen time. They just ignore. Now, the page builder is great. It's a great App. BUT BE AWARE - Support is ONLY great if you make sure to NEVER EVER get frustrated if they can't fix a few links over 4 hours time. Because if you do, they will let you hang. And, that's bad business no matter how many 5 stars you have.

Please do not install this app. This app injected code that ruined our site, after installing it nothing was working...NOTHING! Our menu is gone, products not displaying, the shop is not working, same with menus, footer. Every hour the site is down cost us money.
Now we don't know what to do to go back and have the site functioning again. We will need to spend money with a developer to get the site back.
Apps like this shouldn't be even allowed, the damage caused is considerable, there's no easy way back to recover what you have built. Even the support doesn't know what happened and how to fix it.

After thoroughly investigating the issue, we found that there was a conflict between EComposer Page Builder and the Locksmith app. And the issue has been fixed within few hours.
It's important to note that Locksmith has a notice on their site indicating that their app is not compatible with page builder apps (so every other page builder can get the same issue). We did make it compatible from our end previously, maybe Locksmith had some updates recently so that cause the issue. I believe everything is fine now on your site.
Once again, we're truly sorry for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding. Hope you can give EComposer another try & let us assist you achieve your goal.

I am dissatisfied with the eComposer app. From the moment it was installed, it completely disrupted the layout of our Shopify site by changing the default fonts, despite the settings being correctly configured in our theme. The font that is supposed to display for regular text is Lora, but Playfair Display appears instead. This issue is unacceptable for a professional online store.
The customer support tried to help, but it was useless.
I strongly discourage anyone from using this app if they want to maintain a functional and professional Shopify site. It is a waste of time and energy, and it negatively impacts the user experience for our customers (the typography imposed by the theme is not pleasant to the eye and drives potential customers away from our store). Very disappointed.

Regarding the issue you mentioned: When importing a page if you select "Global typography, colors" option, it applies the styles across the entire site, which may have caused the changes to your fonts. You had better select the "Sections data" option when importing data.

Website would change in between edits without my discretion, product page would break and support are pretty terrible at understanding what you need fixing. After stating I needed the product on the product page fixing, they asked me if the testimonial section was the area I needed fixing.

It pains me to do this but unfortunately I have to revise my review as they basically cost me everything and my entire store is shot because of their actions.
Be aware that if you have to deactivate your store for any period of time, they will delete all of your templates and data after 30 days.
This is what happened to me and it resulted in my entire business going under. Templates gone that I spent hundreds of hours creating and perfecting and even writing custom code for. It's just not a professional way to manage a service if you're charging the amount you are per month.
I cannot recommend this app as they hold your data for ransom essentially and that's not fair to the user. This is not a good experience and it has cost me everything and a lot of wasted time and turmoil.
They also will only email you the warning of deleted data about 1 day before they delete it which is malicious.

About your pages created in EComposer, we will remove all data after 30days of uninstallation to ensure user data privacy. An email will be sent to the user right after uninstalling the app to notify them about data removal.
But in your case, you actually deactivated your store, and your pages were deleted from EComposer. We tried to restore everything for you, and I hope they are all good now. We will also update our logic to keep customer pages after the store is deactivated so that you can come back anytime.

Thought I had found a godsend as I believe shopify's standard website editing tools to be pretty clunky and boring.
Unfortunately after a few days of use the edits i made on the app were not reflecting on the published web page. I reached out to customer support for help, and was told the problem had been fixed. The problem had most definitely not been fixed, which i relayed back to the customer support agent i was dealing with. This happened three more times.
Finally i got an email back that had fixed my problem. Guess how. They deleted half of the contents of my page which i had spent hours adding. Voila! That'll do it!
Absolutely criminal that these people are paid to work in the CS industry

In your case, I found that all you wanted when you contacted our support team was to reduce the height of the section. But it seems that the conversation was not smooth and our staff did not really understand your question right. I have to say sorry about that! Related to your concerns, I want to clarify somethings here a bit: The height of the section completely depends on the height of the content inside, to reduce the height of the section, we need to arrange and optimize the content inside.

I have encountered a problem and I don't know how to solve it
I downloaded this tool and I want to use it for the entire store but at the moment I was busy, I cancelled downloading the tool and cancelled the modifications but unfortunately the products page was not returned to what it was even though I removed the tool

This Maria - Customer Success Manager at EComposer. I am so sorry for the issue of the app being uninstalled.
Since EComposer is a page builder app which work directly with your theme, it is necessary to put some codes on your themes. So, the right way to uninstall an app is to reset the app first from the app settings and then uninstall it. We put many documents for this and even send an email to user while they uninstall app to make sure you do it correctly. However, I can understand if you still need to look at it.
I saw that you can restore your pages now. Hopefully, everything is ok. We would like to hear more about your requirements regarding page building so we can assist you as best we can.

Not recommended. Makes the page very slow to load, which is not optimal for SEO. When I was about to remove the app, the page broke so that support had to spend a few hours fixing it. :(

I truly apologise for your experience with our app. Regarding the speed of your pages, you may use heavy elements such as image sliders, and when a page has many heady elements, it can result in slower loading. But now worries, this can totally be an alternative solution.
Second, regarding the restore homepage issue, it cannot be restored to your default home since you deleted the backup version and duplicated your theme. Our technical team resolved it immediately, and I hope everything is back to normal now.

Too many glitches happened. Not easy to use. And the drag and drop function is awful.
Tried using their support team, who couldn't help at all. And every time I had to start with a new support person from the start, for the same issue

First of all, I am deeply sorry for your current experience with EComposer.
I've investigated your case and found that you are having a bit of trouble with the editor as a new user. Besides, miscommunication between you and our CS agent may result in back-and-forth support. Actually, Page Builder is a big app since it allows you to build the whole website, so there are tons of options in the editor. And there is definitely a bit of a learning curve if you're just starting out.
