was deep into a help chat conversation with Olivia, I was asking for help and an explanation on how to fix the mobile and desktop view for my site. The issue was that updating one section altered the placement of the other. Ultimately I didn't get any help and was told that the issue was "fixed". Then Olivia left mid-conversation because her shift was ending. Which left me to re-explain an entire issue to someone new. pain,

This is Anna - customer support manager at EComposer. After checking your chat conver, I would want to apologize you first for the support experience. Olivia was a bit rush to leave her shift, it is definitely not what we normally behave. I am sorry for this.
But I also saw that Mia - the latter supporter jumped right into the chat and assisted you then without needing your re-explanation of the issue because she can totally read the previous chat with you.

I can understand that you expect a smoother support experience even while support agent changes her shift. We will surely take this as a lesson to improve every single member. Thank you for your feedback and hope to have more chances to assist you better :)
