When it comes to the EcomRise app, I must say that the Favicon Cart Count and Sales Notification features have become my absolute favorites.

The app is quite easy to get used to, I've tried other apps but it seems quite complicated and there are too many things. EcomRise seems to be a good choice at the moment, I will update this review in the future.

We downloaded EcomRise specifically for the Inactive tab message, because there is nothing better to bring customers back to your store with a message reminding them. Knowing from our own internet behaviour, we often have 10+ tabs open, and a small reminder always brings our attention back to that tab.

Alfred has been an absolute star! He solved our issue very promptly and communicated very well from start to finish. Very good service, well done!
