This app is fantastic and extremely helpful for Shopify sellers. The shoppable video feature, in particular, is amazing!
Most importantly, the support team is incredibly cooperative and provides thorough guidance on how to use all features.
I found their support team member, Hana, to be especially helpful and supportive throughout.
I used EcomRise to upgrade my Kalles Theme. It went smoothly. It greatly helped to have Caroline on the chat waiting for me to complete the upgrade. She was very helpful and provided the exact information I needed to quickly upgrade my theme. Thanks Caroline!

Actually the core feature: Product Bundles is available on our Free plan plus many other extensions you can use. All you got for free is keeping free no matter how we change the pricing. We kept our promise.
Later on, when there are more requests from users, we develop other upsell functions. The paid plan is introduced since those require more cost to maintain the app and customer service 24/7. We cannot live by free plan, I hope you understand this as you're also doing business.
