I've been using EcomRise for a few weeks, and it’s already boosted my sales with the bundle offers and volume discounts! The setup was super simple, and the app is very user-friendly. Customer support was quick to answer my questions, too! Highly recommend if you want to increase your AOV!

To start? Not good at all. But then I went to the support and I started the chat with a monologue, no, a full-blown tirade of frustration, and Andrew took it all in his stride.
In fact, he said he liked it, which honestly raises some concerns about his well-being, but let’s focus on the positives.
His patience? Absolutely God-like. I was ready to throw in the towel, demand a refund, and set fire to the whole thing (metaphorically, of course), but he stuck with me through it all.
Not only was he incredibly quick, but when I wasn’t, he never rushed me... just calmly waited, ready to help the moment I was back. That level of patience deserves either a massive bonus or a therapy session, possibly both.
Long story short: Andrew is an absolute asset to the company.
However it would be far simpler and make everyone’s lives easier if there were really clear, well-structured instructions from the start. Right now, all the work is being dumped onto these poor, unsuspecting souls like Andrew, who are left to deal with confused and frustrated customers when ***a few solid tutorials*** could have saved them the headache.
The company shouldn’t just rely on them to shield the business from customer frustration... they deserve actual support themselves.
So, perhaps the head office should show the support team some support for once. Just a thought.
