EcomSend Pop Ups, Email Popups

I've been using EcomSend Pop Ups and Email Popups for a few months now, and overall, I've found the platform to be user-friendly. The interface is intuitive, and setting up popups is a straightforward process. The features provided, such as trigger conditions and A/B testing, have been effective in optimizing our conversion rates. However, I did encounter a few issues, and the customer support team was responsive and helped resolve them promptly. In terms of performance, we've seen a noticeable improvement in engagement and conversions since implementing these popups. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add more templates for design customization. Despite this, my overall experience has been positive, and I would recommend EcomSend for those looking to enhance their website's user engagement.

I'm amazed that I have successfully created and published my first Email Popup. I liked how easy it was to navigate the instructions. And when I got a little stuck, I initiated a chat with Elly.

Elly not only guided me though a few details (that were quite self evident but I couldn't figure out), she made a change to the style of my chosen template with some custom coding. That was unexpected—especially with a free app.

I believe this pop-up will really impact our small company’s subscription list. Our e-newsletter is highly successful at creating transactions. So more names on the list will be a nice boost!

Love this app. I can't believe now that this software works so well, it also helps you to remove their own logo, which is something that a lot of software can't do, I'll always support it, and I'm very thankful for the work that goes into it.
