Marj was very helpful and provided very helpful support. MY only disappointment was that in the old store we collected emails but not the first names. And when it came to importing the emails she said that she was unable to extend help there which is perfectly understandable as that was under Shopify control.
So strangely i now have a lot of customers with no first names and only their emails as their names. Marj said that that depends on the set up of the app so it seems that its the earlier person who set up the shop that made the mistake.
I could understand some people not putting in their real names or maybe even not filling it up which should be made mandatory (by the app) Otherwise when emails are sent out we would have their email addresses in pace of their names when the email is sent out.
