Today I had a stressful moment when I lost my tech guy who knew how to fix my shopify issues. I needed to set up a automated email for first time shoppers and had no clue what to do. Mig joined the chat with me at like 11am and had the patients and knowledge to walk me through step by step. Amazing customer service! Would not have been able to figure it out without Mig's help! Instantaneous help! It has really helped me get new people to sign up for emails, but I'm still having trouble getting them to stay signed up after they use the discount once.

I could use the Shopify store form app. However, I was receiving complaints from people that they were receiving emails from my store unsolicited. So I decided to try another app; making sure that the sign-ups were legitimate opt-in; this was very easy and simple to set up.
