Easy to use app and the live support was great. Had some trouble with the automation emails, but support helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. My only suggestion is that I would like to see a "softer" feel for the pop-up window, like something a little smaller, with rounded corners and not so "in your face." Options would be nice for pop-up styles.

It's very easy to use and customize! I wish it had a club or points option or would integrate with my app.
