Fast and good support
Great app with lots of features, and their support team is very helpful with questions on configuration and how to.
The app works smoothly, and it is easy to set up. We had to add discount codes from Shopify. The support team is always there to help. They sorted out an issue that we had with setting up custom automation for welcome emails in a short time.
fast response and actions from Ria, i recommend this app their customer support and chat are fast.
Was surprised that they dont even have the very basic email form option to add Optional Questions.
Like I've always added to my email forms for the past 15 years, the extra question, "Your Interests". And no one at this company thought of that??
I guess being free, I shouldn't complain. But it makes the App usless for my needs, free or not.

Great app and useful customer support.
I enjoy the app thus far. It's super easy to navigate. Mig has provided excellent support when needed. The team seems to be super friendly.
