Cecilia helped me to sort out the app embedment into my store front and she was great! Thanks for a great customer service experience.

The pop-ups work well and are really easy to set up. I had trouble getting a custom email automation to trigger when new customers subscribed in the opt-in pop-up, but I spoke with Mig in customer support. She helped me sort it out, and the automated emails are now working great.
It's good considering that it's a free app.
There are, of course, features that are still being built that are available in paid $300/month apps like an app marketplace. But that's expected.

The CRT has been bad but in regards to the app working I have no problems. It might though be slowing down my store.

Just started using this tool. Haven't used this for long but for now it has been unstressful which is why I gave a four. After a few, I'm sure I'll change to 5 especially since customer service is awesome.
Elly helped me today. The only problem with the service is that when I set this up a while ago no one told me I had to set up an email in my shopify account. So, now I have subscribers and they weren't sent an email and I have to figure out how to do that now. Thanks for the help today from Elly I am all set up.
