Free and simple. Shopify has a lot of scammy or paid apps but EcomSend is free and works for exactly what it is used for. The main area of concern are the "powered by Ecomsend" watermark and customization. Ecomsend offers amazing customizations and just contact them to remove the watermark. Works great, looks professional, and is really easy to use/works properly. Thanks again for all of the help with quick customer service and delivering on advertised promised for FREE.

Havent had time to test the app yet. Used customer support for a query and they were great. They asked me to please fill out a quick survey to rate their support. The survey was in fact this review link to the app on the store. A bit deceiving trying to make it seem like it's a survey to get a 5star app review.

I dont know what the app is like yet, and will update this review in the future should it be good.

Simply. Fast. Easy to use. Intuitive and effective. This does precisely what it's supposed to do and does it very, very well. No bells and whistles. Just straightforward and effective. Thank you for building something that helps the end user and helps the store owner save time when implementing.

Just found EcomSend and installed on my new website, seriously they are fantastic! I haven't expected much when I installed the app. Saw the "Powered by EcomSend" and thought, there's I have to pay for upgrade to remove that. But NO, nothing at all. I just sent a message, support replied immediately and boom, "Powered by" removed. Set it up in my own style in 10 minutes (the long part was searching for the image I most liked for my pop up as I have lots of photos), it's now up and running, tested and work as expected. Thank you EcomSend! You're fantastic!

Very easy to use and you can fully customize how you want the pop ups to look! It also syncs with the font you have chosen for your site (if anyone was wondering why you cannot choose fonts in the app itself, dont worry!) Support was also super helpful and I love how you can remove the watermark under the pop up for free and with no issues!

Great app with great customer service. After using several different newsletter pop-up apps, this is by far the best in my opinion. Something as simple as a pop-up shouldn't be so complicated, but so many other apps are bloated with 'features' that are really just attempts to get you to use more of their software, which is a nuisance. EcomSend is actually free too, not just freemium!

I've only used this app for a few minutes but have to leave a review. Fast customer service and they are willing to remove their branding from the app which I value. I've already told others about this app. I was using another app before this one to do the popups and it had much less features.
