I've only just started using the app, but my first impression is great. Very easy to set up, lots of options to set up, quick and factual contact with customer service. I hope the further experience will be just as good :)

Seems to be a very easy-to-use and fulfilling app for the Shopify store. Customer supports use templates to answer your message, which is normal but if you are seeking non-robotized communication you can be disappointed.
